Kevin Lau is a media producer and culture junkie based out of Hong Kong. He currently works as the Online Media Producer for the Journalism and Media Studies Center at The University of Hong Kong. In addition to creating digital media for the journalism program, Kevin also assists in teaching digital media to students in the Master's of Journalism program at HKU.

Over the years, Kevin has produced work for industry leading and innovative companies such as Ubisoft, Revision3, G4techTV, Iconoculture and DirecTV. At Ubisoft, Kevin produced and developed video game teasers and the "Developer diary" series for the AAA title Tom Clancy's Endwar, garnering over 200,000 views. During his time at Revision3, Kevin co-created the popular internet show "inDigital: Your Life in Gear", a show about the newest in gadgets for technophiles. The show became the second highest viewed show averaging 80,000 downloads every release. As a veteran of the media industry, he is always dreaming of innovative techniques to balance creativity and plausibility.

Kevin was born and raised in Los Angeles with a six year stint in Hong Kong. Friends liken him to a tortilla wrapping a burger patty with rice.
